Customer support is available via email only, and we typically respond within 1–3 business days. We appreciate your patience—during busy periods or high email volume, response times may be slightly longer. If you’ve reached out multiple times and haven’t heard back, please check your spam or junk folder. If you’re still having trouble, try contacting us from a different email address.
We are closed on weekends and holidays. Messages sent during that time will be answered on the next business day.

What is the return policy?
Unless an item arrives damaged or incomplete, all sales are final. We do not accept returns for refunds due to change of mind.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. Damaged items are eligible for a free exchange for the same item. We do not offer refunds for damaged items unless the replacement is unavailable.
Missing Items
If any items are missing from your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Missing items will be sent at no additional cost.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled without penalty as long as they have not yet shipped. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Shipping Policies
Orders are typically shipped out within 1-5 business days of when the order was placed. Orders are shipped Monday-Friday.
Delivery dates will be estimated at the time of your order but please note, delivery time frames are estimates only.
If you provided an email address at checkout, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information which will begin to update once the order is processed.
We are not responsible for any delays in shipping caused by ground or air transportation delays, severe weather, or other circumstances out of our control.
Domestic:
All orders ship from Los Angeles, California. All domestic orders should arrive in 7-10 business days from the shipping confirmation email.
International:
All orders outside of the US should arrive in 2-3 weeks from the date of shipment, unless otherwise noted. This method does not include full tracking and may incur additional fees charged by your country for imports. Orders shipping to destinations outside the United States may incur import fees and duties & taxes that are not reflected in our prices.
It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for any additional customs fee's charged by your country. If you refuse to pay the fees and the products are not returned, we will not issue a refund. If the products are returned, we will issue a refund for the products only. Shipping is non-refundable.
Please double check your shipping address when you receive your order confirmation as we are NOT responsible for packages that are lost, missing, or delivered to incorrect addresses.
I can’t find my order, but it says it was delivered
Sometimes postmen will prematurely mark packages as delivered. Give the courier service up to one week for delivery after marking your package delivered.
Ask your neighbors, Couriers are human and will misdeliver to the wrong address. Don’t forget to check around shrubs or in the mailbox!
Contact your local post office and see if they are holding your package.
Can I change or modify my address?
IMMEDIATELY after purchase, please email distractiblestore@gmail.com. Once an order has shipped, we cannot modify the order. There are no returns or exchanges permitted.
Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an insufficient or incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.
If the package is not returned to us, we are unable to offer a replacement or refund.
Why do you need my full name for check out ?
Full Name Requirement
Customers are required to provide their full legal first and last name at checkout. Please do not use usernames, nicknames, or abbreviations. Many postal services—especially for international shipments—may reject or return packages that do not include a valid recipient name.
If an order is placed using a username or incomplete name and is returned to us for this reason, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees to have the package re-sent.
We are not responsible for delays, losses, or returns caused by incorrect or incomplete name information.
Why do you need my phone number for check out ?
A valid phone number is required at checkout for shipping purposes. While we will not contact you by phone, our courier may need to reach you if there are any issues delivering your package.
If a phone number is not provided, or is incorrect, and the courier is unable to complete delivery as a result, the package may be returned to us. In this case, we are not responsible for the failed delivery.
Customers will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to have the order re-shipped.
